In 1997, Midwest became the only dealer in the market area to receive the status of “IDEA Accredited Dealer” from the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation and remains the only Accredited Dealer in their market area. IDEA Accreditation is earned through a process of training and education followed by testing that verifies knowledge, business practices and requires letters of recommendation from local and industry professionals verifying upstanding character. In addition, Midwest is the only company in their market area to have Certified Installers. These installers have earned their certification through the Institute of Door Dealer Education and Accreditation which requires testing and a minimum of two years of experience. All non-certified installers are registered in the program and must be certified upon reaching their two years of experience.
